What is EB-5?
EB-5 is an immigration visa in INA 203(b)(5). It allows investors to invest $1,000,000 (or $500,000 under certain circumstance) and employ 10 U.S. full-time workers and engage in daily business management to apply for U.S. permanent residency (green card).
