Immigration Programs Extended to 09/30/2012
On 10/28/09, President Obama signed the new bill of FY10 Department of Homeland Security Appropriations bill (P.L.111-83) into official law.
The signed law extends the following immigration programs through September 30, 2012:
Without extension, these programs would have expired by September 30, 2009. Now the programs are extended for another three years and can benefit respective applicants under each program.
